We are now back from our 320 mile bike adventure vacation. All 4 kiddos and 1 dog still present and accounted for. Always nice to return home from a vacation (at least one of ours).
This trip was really amazing on many accounts but, especially amazing are all the people you meet along the way. Our kids are pretty young yet to marvel at the scenery or the actual canal history. But its fun for them and us to talk with others, camp with others and, in some cases receive some helpful assistance from other individuals out doing similar activities..
This is Bob he helped us around the detour section of the C&O.
I'm thankful for the many people who helped us along the way and, the ones who made this trip a reality. Thanks Mom and Dad Kirsch without your generosity in driving the pick-up rig I don't know how we would have done this.
